Website privacy notice
This notice covers information you send us when you get in touch. It is not a HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices.
We do not collect information through this website
At Home Healthcare LLC does not collect any information about you through this website. There are no forms, no uploads, no sign-ups, no accounts, no patient portal and no analytics or advertising cookies. You can read every page here without telling us anything about yourself.
We only ever hold what you choose to tell us when you contact us yourself — by telephone, by fax or by email — in the ordinary course of answering you.
What this notice covers
This notice describes how we handle information you send us when you contact us using the telephone number, fax number or email addresses published on this website. It does not cover the handling of health information in the course of providing nursing care, which is governed by the agency’s Notice of Privacy Practices under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) and applicable Minnesota law.
This website is not a secure clinical channel
This website has no forms, no uploads and no patient portal. Every way of reaching us is a published phone number, fax number or mailbox. Please do not use email or fax to send diagnoses, medical records, medication lists, detailed health history, patient identifiers, Social Security numbers or government identification numbers — neither is a secure clinical channel. Contact us and we will confirm a secure route.
What we collect
Nothing. The website collects no information about you, and we do not build a profile of you or track you across other websites. The only technical record of a visit is the one described below, which is kept by our hosting provider so the site stays available — not by us, and not to identify you.
When you call, email or fax us, we hold what you choose to tell us in the ordinary course of answering you — the same as any phone call to a business.
- Technical information. Our hosting provider records standard server request data, including IP address, to keep the site available. This is not linked to any individual and is not used for marketing.
Why we collect it
To respond when you contact us, and to assess whether we can provide the service you are asking about. We do not sell your information and we do not use it for advertising.
Who sees it
What you send us is reviewed by authorized staff at the agency. Our hosting provider and our email provider process that data on our behalf under their own terms. We do not share it with anyone else except where we are required to by law.
Retention
We keep inquiry records for as long as needed to respond to and document the inquiry, and in line with the agency’s retention schedule. Specific retention periods will be stated here once that schedule has been confirmed.
Cookies and analytics
This website does not set advertising cookies and does not use cross-site tracking. If analytics are added in future, this notice will be updated to say what is collected and how to opt out, before any such tool is enabled.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you from your contact with us, ask for it to be corrected, or ask us to delete it, by contacting us using the details below. Rights relating to health information held as part of nursing care are described in the agency’s Notice of Privacy Practices.
Children
This website is intended for adults. Where a family member is asking about care for a child, we ask that an adult parent or guardian be the person who contacts us.
